Day 199

I've realised how much fatigue and balance issue are affecting my mobility. I've walked less, I've stood less, I've moved less and that is not good. My muscles are getting weaker because I spend most of my time sitting down or laying down.

I miss the days when I could walk (and run) about 10,000 steps a day. I wonder how many steps I could take daily since MS. I decided to download Steps app on my phone to motivate myself and keep track of my walking.

I found out my walking has decreased a lot! The app recorded my daily steps, which are less than 1,000 per day. How sad :(


I wish I could've achieved higher goal. I know someday I will. Huffft!
