Day 203

Three years ago on this date I started my first employment.

And it's been about 7 months since I went to work due to my long period of leave. I've missed going to the office. I've missed spending time with my colleagues who've acted more like a family than workmates. I've missed the shared meals, the jokes, the routine, the drama, the after-work-hangouts, the hygge, the togetherness, the warmth of genuine companionship. . .

We've been through thick and thin, and I'm grateful for their presence in my life in the past three years. They've made living with MS seemed easier with the laughter and joy they shared.

"For this reason, since the day I got to know them, I have not stopped praying for them. I continually ask God to fill them with the knowledge of His will through all the wisdom and understanding that the Lord gives. I pray that they’ll live well. I pray that they’ll have the strength to stick it out over the long haul—not the grim strength of gritting their teeth but the glory-strength God gives. It is strength that endures the unendurable and spills over into joy, thanking Him who makes us strong enough to take part in everything bright and beautiful that He has for us."
— Colossians 1:9

I hope when I get to see them again, I'm in a much better shape with good agility.
