I haven't gotten much time for decent contemplation since last week. How draining. But meeting people, laughing, catching up with friends over Skype, and spending time with new friends were fulfilling too, at some point. As far as I know, 'a good long laugh with a friend I can be silly with and possibly some time outdoors/in nature' is one of the things that boosts my mood, according to this article.
But if I could choose, my ideal way to re-gain my energy would be:
Pensive mood, folk acoustic music (I love you, Spotify!), sunset sky, chai latte from Fix Coffeehouse, two or three fresh baked donuts, and a journal/a sketchbook on hand. . . (minus MS fatigue, of course)
